As a Health and Safety Director, (Assistant Child Care Director) you will:
Incorporate our company mission, culture, and values to maintain an inclusive environment and positive relationships with families, staff, and clients.
Regularly monitor the center’s programs to assess program quality and that the children’s learning is effectively documented and visible.
Lead compliance with licensing and accreditation standards, health and safety protocols, company policies, and new employee orientation.

Requirements:
Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:
At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
Bachelor’s degree in Education is required
NYS Teaching Certification (B-2, N-6, 1-6, Special Education) or study plan eligible is required
At least two years of center supervisory or administrative experience in a high-quality program required, experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred
At least two years of professional child care teaching experience required
Candidates must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 to ensure compliance with enhanced health and safety protocols and to keep yourself and others safe and free from illness.
