Full Job Description
The Per Diem Trainer supports the Adoption and Foster Care Department in the delivery of key training programs for perspective and current foster parent. The trainer will facilitate and have accountability for training programs, provide project management support for major training projects, communicate training activities and deliver assigned in-house training while under the direct guidance and support of the Admissions Supervisor

Position Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum 1 year experience in training, group facilitation, presentation experience or equivalent combination of education and experience needed. Must be creative and positive. Strong planning, organizational and interpersonal skills required. Demonstrates excellent communication and presentation skills. Demonstrates professionalism and is a team player. Must be fluent in Spanish and English-Requirement.
