Job Description
SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the overall Primary Care and Specialties Data extraction This includes eShare reports, HRSA reports, IPRO, Hep C, STD and reports from Slicer Dicer and Workbench.
Leads and guides day-to-day processes of the team/department and participates in various projects/initiatives.
Responsible for the Cycle Time, both Primary Care and Specialty data extraction with analysis. Works collaboratively with Ambulatory Care’s Leadership and Directors of Service to develop and implement Cycle Time and data analysis.
Monitors systems and develops standards of performance, quality of controls and progress of assigned projects.
Produces written reports; evaluates and interprets data, identifies trends and derives related conclusions; leads large scale complex analyses and develops recommendations and solutions through best practices; plans, organizes, and coordinates special projects as assigned.
Collects and analyzes data for administrative and fiscal reports, and operational and related support services.
Collects, analyzes and reports on all required practice data in a timely manner as requested by Supervisor(s) to include but not be limited to: patient cycle time, provider productivity, no show rates, etc.
Plans, develops and may conduct training programs to maintain proficiency of staff and use of new equipment, technology and methods.
Communicates and Practice related issues to the Senior Associate Director for appropriate consult and/or follow up.
Actively participates in Customer Service, Breakthrough, Performance Improvement and Regulatory Audit Initiatives.
Attends meetings as assigned and participates in various Hospital committees.
Actively participates in Breakthrough education and Events.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
1. A Baccalaureate Degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university; and,
2. One year of experience in business, government, hospital, educational institute or non-profit organization in analysis, development and implementation of systems, methods and procedures, management information development and data coordination. Familiarity with EDP applications and data processing programs; or,
3. A Masters Degree in Management, Business Administration, Hospital Administration Management, Public Administration, Accounting or relevant field from an accredited college or university; or,
4. A satisfactory combination of education, training and experience.
