Beanstalk Academy is a leading, full-service childcare, Head Start, UPK, and early education provider. We support and accommodate our families’ needs by providing a safe and nurturing childcare experience. We are actively hiring Early Childhood Educational Directors – Preschool Education Directors. Positions are available in the Bronx and in Brooklyn.

Responsibilities:
Facilitate a professional learning community
Supervise all efforts to implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and instruction
Support the Building Principal in ensuring that all compliance measures are in place to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Ensure effective health and safety measures across all center-based operations
Requirements:
NYS Teacher Certification (Birth through 2 or Equivalent);
Leadership skills, including the ability to delegate responsibilities as needed across the school
Positive work ethic and morale
Strong interpersonal skills
