Yonkers Animal Hospital is now hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our fun-loving and hard-working team!

Job Summary:

Customer Service Representatives provide general office support for the veterinary practice. Responsibilities would include greeting clients and patients, scheduling appointments, answering and triaging phone calls, preparing medical records, presenting and processing financial options, processing and balancing financial payments, checking invoices prior to payment, answering basic client questions, and basic medication refills. CSRs are required to have strong customer service skills since they are the initial contact for customers.
