Full Job Description
The Structural Heart team at Montefiore Medical Center is a nationally recognized leader in the diagnosis and treatment of complex valvular heart disease. The center is seeking a highly motivated Physician Assistant (PA) to join a rapidly growing team. As part of this dynamic team the PA will be collaborating with physicians and other health care providers in the planning, evaluation, and coordination of care for our patients in the new inpatient consult, post procedure, and outpatient clinical settings.
Please note: PA will be based at our Moses campus but will also go to the outpatient clinic at the Hutch and on occasion go to the Weiler Campus.
Education, Training and Experience
Bachelor’s degree coupled with Registered as a Physician Assistant in New York State required
NCCPA certified
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program.
Experience in interventional cardiology/cardiology preferred, but not required
No nights/weekends
