Patient Navigator – Global Services – Columbia Campus

The Patient Navigator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Global Services department. This position is responsible for providing administrative support, assisting with patient interactions, and managing various office-related tasks. The Patient Navigator acts as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment

The shift for this position is on site Monday – Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm.

Preferred Criteria

Experience in healthcare setting working directly with patients
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Marketing
Bilingual Arabic and/or Spanish
Required Criteria

High School Diploma or GED
3-5 years experience in a patient services environment in a tertiary care medical centers physician’s office, or related health care setting, or in public relations, or within the premier hospitality industry having direct contact with guests and the general public
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Diverse and culturally sensitive customer service skills

$66,500-$99,000/Annual
