Overview
Resident Services Coordinators are responsible for the provision of neighborhood leadership and social work services to resident and their families. Assists with overall management of the Department. Carries a full caseload and is responsible for the provision of services to those designated Unit(s).You will work with a dynamic multi-disciplinary care team, which offers you the opportunity to enhance your professional development. This full time position will work alternate weekends and may require evening hours. Cinical supervision is also offered.

Hebrew Home at Riverdale is looking for a full time Resident Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW), is required, with the goal of obtaining the New York State Certification in Social Work (LMSW) Preferred to have related experience in the field of aging, long-term care or health care. Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents, correspondence and manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals and small groups of residents, families and staff.
