Full Job Description
Monitor entry to and exit from the residence, and screen clients as per protocols.
Immediately document all client interactions, events, incidents, administrative contacts, clock in and out times
Conduct routine walk-through of the building including all floors, the basement, and all entrances to ensure the safety of all individuals on site.
Perform tasks, such as front desk reception, clerical, and administrative duties; assist in setting up daily meals for clients at specified times
Is willing to respond to client crises in a manner specified during training and in accordance with document protocol standards
Will prepare program for inspections; attend staff meetings, supervision and trainings as required (Mental Health First Aid, Naloxone Overdose Prevention, and CPR/First Aid).
COVID-19 Vaccination Required.
High School Diploma or Equivalency.
Experience working with the street homeless population; strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Spanish speaking a plus.
Is able provide TB test results during on boarding as required by DOHMH Food Service Requirements.
Has Completed the Certifications as a Fire Safety Coordinator (F80), Fire Guard (F02).
Has Obtained Fire Safety Coordinator (F80); Fireguard (F02), Food Handlers Certificate.
