$15.50 / hr
Shift: Sunrise/Preload (3:30 AM – 8:45 AM) Twilight (6:00 PM – 9:30 PM)
UPS is hiring individuals to work as part-time Package Handlers in our Palisades facility on the Sunrise shift from approximately 4:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
Bus/Shuttle transportation will be provided free of charge by UPS from our Manhattan North location to our Palisades facility.
This is a physical, fast-paced position that involves continual lifting, lowering and sliding packages that typically weigh 25 – 35 lbs. and may weigh up to 70 lbs. Part-time employees usually work 3 ½ – 5 hours each day (Tuesday through Saturday).
Package Handlers receive a competitive hourly rate and also an attractive benefits package. Please note that these opportunities are part-time only working approximately 17 1/2 – 25 hours per week. More hours could be available during our peak season or from October thru December.
