Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Part Time “Janitorial Brick Specialist” and provide inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals to join us on a part-time basis.Exceed our guests’ expectations through fun and meaningful interactions

As a Janitorial Brick Specialist, you will maintain the LEGO Brand’s visual, organization, and operational standards to keep the store looking beautiful and running smoothly in partnership with the entire operations team. In addition, you will:

Complete a quality cleaning timeline to maximize all aspects of the guest experience
Maintain company cleaning standards and inform leadership of damaged merchandise, fixtures, and/or equipment
Participate in inventory control and programs to reduce shortage/loss
Assist in maintaining standards of safety and cleanliness in back of house areas including stockroom, breakroom, and restrooms
Demonstrate our LEGO values of Imagination, Creativity, Fun, Learning, Caring and Quality to Inspire and Develop the builders of tomorrow
Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO Brand values

Communicate effectively with team members and guests
Consistently deliver a high energy performance
Work various hours, days, nights and weekends as business dictates
Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, and register areas
Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs
