Department: Stadium Tours
Reports To: Director, Stadium Tours
Job Description: In addition to conducting Stadium tours on both game days and non-game days, this position will assist the Stadium Tours department with operational and administrative support.
Oversee daily Yankee Stadium tour operations for public, private, and group tours
Ensure adequate preparation of tour guides for daily operations regarding tour routes, timing, coverage, and real-time adjustments
Serve as on-site point-of-contact for guest entry, ticket scanning, and customer service issues
Conduct Stadium Tours as needed for public, private and special event tours
Other projects assigned by the Director of Stadium Tours
Qualifications and Experience:
Demonstrated customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Flexible work schedule and ability to work home games during the baseball season, evenings, weekends and select holidays
Ability to work in an outside stadium environment
Proficiency in MS Office
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
The hourly rate for this role is $22/hour.
